It is signed and dated and features an iridescent surface and large, cut, faceted sides.  You can view controlled bubbles inside the core.  Made in Boulder, Colorado, USA.

This piece is approximately 5 1/8" tall by 2 2/8" wide at its widest. 

It does not have any chips or cracks.  It is in excellent vintage condition.
